What’s the Plot?
I’m Still Here is set in Brazil in 1971 and tells the true story of Eunice Paiva, who is married to Rubens Paiva, an outspoken Brazilian Labour Party congressman, who suddenly disappears. As a result, the lives of Eunice and her five children are changed forever as she is forced to reinvent herself while searching for the truth about her husband.
