When is Benidorm Fest 2025?

Benidorm Fest 2025 is scheduled to take place from January 28 to February 1, 2025. The winner will then represent Spain at the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest.

Who Will Host the Event This Year?

For the first time in Benidorm Fest’s history, three female presenters will host the Spanish song contest.

Paula Vázquez, Ines Hernand, and Ruth Lorenzo will share hosting duties during the semi-finals and final.

Ruth represented Spain with the song “Dancing in the Rain” in 2014, and she hosted Benidorm Fest 2024 and Junior Eurovision 2024.

Also, Paula presented Misión Eurovisión in 2007, and Ines hosted Benidorm Fest in 2022 and 2023.

16 fantastic acts will participate in Benidorm Fest 2025, and it is split into two semi-finals.

Each semi-final will feature eight acts, and four semi-finalists will be chosen to enter the final each night.

What is the Voting Process?

As mentioned, 16 contestants will be divided into two semi-finals, and four artists each night will advance to the final on February 1, 2025. The finalists and winner are determined by a professional jury and a public vote.

How Can the Public Cast a Vote?

For the first time in the contest, viewers can vote for their favorite act for free via a mobile app. As 50% of the vote is determined by the public, it’s hard to predict who will win the much-loved event this year.

Can Anyone Enter Benidorm Fest?

RTVE has strict qualification rules that entrants must follow. For an act to qualify for Benidorm Fest 2025, the performer and at least one songwriter must be from a Spanish city, and they have to be over the age of 16 years old to enter. Also, 60% of the song’s lyrics must be in one of Spain’s official languages.

When and Where Can I Watch Benidorm Fest 2025?

Benidorm Fest 2025’s semi-finals and final will air on RTVE Play at 8.30 pm (CET), which will start with the special show Benidorm Calling. Plus, the three shows will have a Spanish sign language interpretation.
